Harkin Lucero Jr. born January 6, 1950 in Pueblo Colorado and raised in Taos, New Mexico. Studied in San Francisco with Elio Benvenuto for four years. In 1988 was invited to the " New York Art Exposition " which led to an extensive series of commissions of his monumental stone sculptures. In 1999 Harkin received the Eagle Emmy Award and a Lifetime Achivement Award from the Southern California Motion Picture Council. |
